Alicia Reeves, MS, LPC
I am passionate about assisting others through their individual journey by addressing all aspects of emotional, intellectual, and physical health. I believe that our feelings and thoughts significantly impact our bodies. After working in the mental health field through agencies and hospitals, I strive to help clients become proactive about their mental well-being, rather than adopting a reactive nature. By conceptualizing depression and anxiety as symptoms, I aim to get to the root of the issues that hinder your success, particularly in the realm of PTSD treatment.
My expertise lies in trauma recovery and mindfulness, as well as managing interpersonal conflicts, burnout/self-care, and complex trauma. With over a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, I particularly enjoy meeting clients who are navigating near-death experiences, existential crises, PTSD, and finding a work/life balance.
